Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Mixture ("we", "us", operated by FloatLabs) collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work — your email, the content you upload, and basic technical logs — and nothing for advertising. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

1. What we collect

• Account data — your email address (used to sign you in via emailed codes) and optional profile details such as a display name and avatar.
• Your content — the media you upload and the projects you create, stored so the Service can render and edit them. Videos you export are renderedin your browser and saved to your device; we do not receive a copy.
• Waitlist data — if you join the waitlist, the email address you submit.
• Technical logs — standard server logs (such as IP address, request paths, and errors) used to keep the Service secure and working. We currently run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service: signing you in, storing and serving your projects and media, sending transactional email (sign-in codes, invitations), fixing problems, and preventing abuse. If you use AI generation features, the prompt and any media you choose to generate from are sent to the AI provider to produce the result — that is the only reason your content leaves our storage.

3. Who processes it

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the Service:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and file storage;
• Supabase — our database;
• Resend — transactional email delivery;
• Google — AI image and video generation, only when you use those features.

Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection commitments. We do not share your personal data with anyone else except where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you don't see a cookie banner.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete projects and media yourself at any time. To delete your account and its data — or to be removed from the waitlist — email us and we will action it within 30 days, except where a short further period is required for backups or legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise any of these; if you are unsatisfied you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. International transfers

Our providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where that happens we rely on our providers' safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Changes

We will update this policy as the Service evolves and note the date above. If a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect.
